These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the 2brain application, an AI-powered personal assistant developed by Antonio Sánchez Ferrando. By registering or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

Service Description

2brain is an AI-powered personal assistant that offers the following features:

  • AI conversations for productivity and well-being
  • Task and list management
  • Habit and goal tracking
  • Reminders and personal notes

Registration and User Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

2brain offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans with premium features. Prices and features for each plan are detailed on the pricing page of the application.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the selected plan
  • Payments are securely processed through Google Play or App Store, depending on the platform
  • Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, which will be added based on your location

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard or the corresponding store
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 2brain for:

  • Illegal activities or activities that violate applicable regulations
  • Generating, storing, or distributing harmful, offensive content or content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the application's source code
  • Abusing service resources or interfering with its normal operation
  • Impersonating another person or entity

Intellectual Property

Our property

The 2brain application, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and system-generated content, are the property of Antonio Sánchez Ferrando or his licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you enter into 2brain (conversations, tasks, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process such content for the sole purpose of providing you with the service.

Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

  • AI-generated responses are for guidance only and may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • 2brain does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or any other type of advice
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses

Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your expectations
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have paid in the last 12 months
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Suspension and Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms or misuse the service
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these terms, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, where the service provider is domiciled, unless consumer regulations grant the user the right to use the courts of their own domicile.
