How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Security inside the app, or by requesting deletion via email at support@2brain.app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, you must cancel under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. If you subscribed via Google Play, do it from the Google Play app > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Can I request a refund?
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made via Google Play are handled at play.google.com/store/account/orders. For additional help, write to support@2brain.app.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions to receive a recovery link in your email.
